Villa exclusive view of Monte Isola - Iseo Lake

"Villa Valeriana" - along the ancient Via Valeriana right in front of Monte Isola, enjoys a panoramic view of Lake Iseo, is 5 minutes from the ferry to the island, 15 minutes from Iseo and 30 minutes from the city Brescia -the city shares the role of Italian Capital of Culture 2023 with the city of Bergamo. The space The villa is situated on a terrace facing Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Europe. From the porch of the house and from the surrounding garden, you can enjoy an incredible view of the whole of Lake Iseo from Sarnico to Monte Guglielmo. From the entrance under the porch, you enter the living room including a dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine). The living room enjoys the presence of a wood-burning fireplace and is equipped with a television and stereo system. On the same floor there is the first sleeping area: a double bedroom with a large bed, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Going down the staircase, you enter the second sleeping area: a double bedroom with a large bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The villa offers a total of eight beds. Under the large porch with exposed beams there is a large table for having meals outdoors. This space offers guests the opportunity to relax while enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and the outdoor area. The house is surrounded by a large garden. In June 2016 the famous Bulgarian artist Vladimirov Yavachev, better known by the name of CHRISTO, famous all over the world for his "wrapping" of buildings and monuments, created a very long yellow/orange floating bridge - "THE FLOATING PIERS ” - in the stretch of lake between Sulzano, Monte Isola and the island of San Paolo. Thanks to this extraordinary temporary installation, CHRISTO allowed the public to cross a portion of Lake Iseo equal to 70,000 square meters, "walking on the water" and discovering the lake through unprecedented and unrepeatable visual glimpses.
