A Weber grill and fire pit are also available for your use and enjoyment. Guest access All parts of the home is accessible to guests, except the back storage area part of the basement by the Washer and Dryer. Other things to note Additional cost will be charged a minimum $300 regardless of damage, cost at host discretion, for the following: ----------------------------------------------------------------- * No parties, events or other guests unless prior written consent. Please let us know who is coming to stay beforehand or if you plan to have guests visit and I would be happy to make arrangements with you! * No smoking inside or leaving cigarette butts on the outside property, sidewalks, roads, etc... please dispose of in the garbage * Late Checkout – Guests will be charged if they do not request for a late check-out. Let us know if you would like a later check-out and we will try our best to accommodate you, if there are no other guests arriving at 5pm. Additional cost will be charged a minimum $75 regardless of damage at host discretion, for the following: ----------------------------------------------------------------- * Check-out procedures are not followed * Additional pick up and cleaning required * Items broke that is not communicated to the host * Excessive heat (>77F) or C/A (<67F) usage * Damages to any appliances (too much detergent or overloading washing machines as an example) will result in the guest being charged for the repair or replacement. * For safety and damage liability reasons, please do not go out onto the unfinished upper level patio/porch. For right now, it is intended as an Emergency Exit ONLY! Strict quiet hours past 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels respectable during appropriate times (obey local noise ordinances.). Yelling, loudly singing, drunken behavior, cranking the music, etc. will not be tolerated. The host may request guests to vacate the property with no refund in the reservation cost. The property is NOT to be used in any commercial way without prior written consent. We will try to understand, accommodate and be flexible as much as possible, but the rules are in place for the benefit and protection of everyone and the home.
