La Bakênia, gite Nissou

Our 2 gites, called "Joini" and "Nissou", are ideal for 2 person families. Possibly there is room for 4 people. Around the large pool of 11 x 5 meters you can relax and use our summer kitchen with BBC. The space Gite "Nissou" is located against the owner's house and has its own terrace and private entrance. The room is heated or cooled with air conditioning. In the living on the ground floor there are 2 single beds (80 x 200) separately or against each other, a dining table, an open kitchen. The bathroom is in a separate room with separate toilet. There are 2 single beds (90 x 200) in the attic with fixed staircase. A washing machine is available. Other things to note - Bring your own: Bath towels, washcloths, tea towels, kitchen towels. - Dogs are not admitted. - Smoking is not allowed. - The use of the air conditioning of cottage Nissou is for your own account (0.30 cents per KWh). The unit is equipped with a separate electricity meter. The first 10 € are included in the rent. If you use more than this will be charged separately.
