The lounge is on the ground floor, open plan with a kitchenette. The couch in the lounge is a sofa-bed and can sleep 2 additional people. Maximum number of guests is 4 people. Guest access The entire flat is for exclusively use by guests, with it own private entrance. It is self check-in and a message with the private entrance access code will be sent 24-48 hours before check-in date. Other things to note There is free parking on a private driveway and a free Tesla electric vehicle charger Strictly No Smoking or Drug Use For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of £250 will be charged for any violations.
