Welcome to R STAY Nagoya Osu! A spacious 120㎡ private house with 5 bedrooms, just a 10-minute walk to Osu Kannon and 11 minutes to Osu Kannon Station. Accommodates up to 14 guests (ideal for 8–10). Perfect for families and groups, with free parking for 2 vehicles, including large vans. Bedroom 1：2 single beds Bedroom 2：2 double beds Bedroom 3：1 double bed Bedroom 4：2 single beds Bedroom 5：2 double beds This room is adjacent to a Japanese-style room on the second floor. The most comfortable occupancy is 9 guests. For groups of 10 or more, two guests will need to share each double bed. Please note that additional futon sets are not available. On the first floor, there is a kitchen, toilet, washroom (with washing machine), and bathroom. On the second floor, there is an additional toilet, a simple washbasin, and a mini refrigerator. The property has multiple rooms, each equipped with its own air conditioner. Using many electrical appliances at the same time may cause the circuit breaker to trip. If this happens, please reset the breaker as needed. A baby crib is available upon request. If you would like to use it, please send us a message in advance. For safety and hygiene reasons, blankets are not provided for the crib, so please bring your own if needed. Other things to note Important Information • Free Parking Free parking is available on the property. Please note that there is a curb around the parking area, so park carefully. The host is not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage that may occur in the parking area. • Guest Registration In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to complete a guest registration form before check-in. Please complete the registration using the URL sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. • Other Information Pajamas and yukata are not provided. Housekeeping and towel replacement are not provided during your stay. One bath towel per guest is provided regardless of the length of your stay. For longer stays, please use the washer-dryer in the house to wash your towels. Please note that last-minute changes to the number of guests may not be accommodated. The kitchen is fully equipped; however, for hygiene reasons, seasonings (such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.) are not provided. Please bring your own or purchase them at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. The use of portable cooking appliances that produce smoke or strong odors, such as hot plates or takoyaki makers, is strictly prohibited indoors. These may trigger the fire alarm and leave odors on the walls, curtains, and bedding. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if odors remain after check-out. We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please use luggage storage services or coin lockers available at nearby stations.
