You have a very well-equipped kitchen with several appliances available. You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub. Outside you can enjoy a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, the swimming pool in summer and the bowling green. You will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 x 190, another with a double bed 140 x 190 and the last is a large mezzanine, equipped with a double bed 160 x 190 as well as a sofa bed allowing the sleeping of 2 additional people (notify the host beforehand). You will also have 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub. Travel light, sheets, towels and linens are provided. Guest access You will have free parking spaces in a closed courtyard. Other things to note All amenities are a 5-minute drive away (supermarkets, bakery, tobacco, restaurants...). Close to Laroche - Migennes train station (12 minutes) and 1h30 from Paris.
