It features a queen bed in the bedroom and an extra queen mattress that can be set up for additional guests, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. The space includes a living area, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with city views. Paid parking is available in the building, with bigger discounts for motorcycles as well as weekly and monthly rates for longer stays. Guests can also enjoy building amenities such as the swimming pool and gym. Convenience is right at your doorstep with a supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and shops just across the street, plus a convenience store and laundry shop inside the building. Sundance Residences is a safe and secure community along Banawa’s main road, making transportation and access to Cebu’s top destinations quick and easy. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas, including the gym and swimming pool. The pool is open from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily, except on Mondays when it opens from 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
