Villa is located in a calm housing site offering a perfect combination of central location , accessibility and comfort. City Center is 10 minutes away by car. Public transportation is accessible on foot. Several beaches are close by with closest one being 400m away. A semi-olympic pool including a children's pool is open for common use only accessible to the site residents. 200m2 indoor space with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, terrace and garden facing the pool&sea spread on three story building. The space The entire interior of the house is newly built and decorated. Ground Floor: Brand new kitchen with high end appliances, a dining Table, WC, air conditioner, living room with access to specious private outdoor area facing the pool. Outdoor table and seating. 1st Floor: Bathroom , Room 1 with a king bed, a built in closet, bathroom, air conditioner and balcony. Room 2 with a queen bed and built in closet, Room 3 with two single beds, built in closet , balcony. 2nd Floor: A bathroom, terrace access, closet , Room 4 with a queen bed , air conditioner and a cozy reading area. Basement : A quiet office area & storeroom. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is parking spot in front of the house. The pool is right next to the Villa (open between june-october). It is for the site residents only and it never gets crowded. You can enjoy a quite and near private pool experience. The nearest beach is 400m away right across the road. It is accessible on foot and open for public. Long Beach and Ladies beach are 10 minutes away by car. There is a Carrefour supermarket 200m away. All essentials can be found there. Kusadası shopping mall is 10 minutes away by car. There are public transport options (dolmus) within 100m. It can be used to go to city center, beaches or any other points of interest.
