If guests wish to check in early, we will do our best to arrange it, but it will still be based on the progress of the day. ■ Check-out time: 11:00 the next day.   ※ According to Articles 29 and 32 of the B&B Management Regulations, all B&B common spaces must be equipped with surveillance cameras to comply with the regulations, so there are 2 surveillance cameras (with video) installed in the garage on the 1st floor, 1 surveillance camera (with video to see the full view of the guest dining room) installed above the living room activity area on the 1st floor, and 1 surveillance camera (with video) installed above the staircase on the 4th floor. The main purpose of installing surveillance cameras in this B&B is to protect the property and personal safety of both parties (if something happens during the stay, both parties can clarify the responsibility and have evidence with the surveillance cameras), there is no other purpose, so do not arbitrarily remove the surveillance power equipment, cover the surveillance lens, move the surveillance lens, or even destroy the surveillance equipment without informing us, if damaged, you will be charged according to the quotation and be jointly liable.   ■ Please do not bring pets. If found, the B&B has the right to refuse check-in and no refund will be given.   ■ Please check in according to the agreed number of guests, and if the number of guests or rooms increases or decreases, please be sure to note in advance when booking  If not informed, after investigation, 1 person will be required to pay NT$2,000. For the safety of our guests, Tiansheng Anjia 1st Hall B&B does not allow visitors to stay overnight. Please show your ID when you check in to register and pay for your stay or the remaining balance.   ■ This B&B is subject to the Tobacco Hazard Prevention Act, and the entire building is a non-smoking area (please smoke outside if necessary); indoor chewing of betel nuts is prohibited, and a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged if betel nut juice is spilled on the walls and floor.   ■ Illegal activities such as parties, drug use, chewing betel nuts, alcoholism, and gambling are strictly forbidden in the B&B and should be reported to the police.   ■ According to the regulations, there is noise control after 22:00, and the operator has the responsibility to inform. If the volume is too high and is banned, the operator must pay the penalty, including the full amount of the penalty. If the business is suspended, the business loss will be borne by the person.   ■ A security deposit of NT$8,000 is collected. The equipment deposit will be returned after the use of the equipment, if the garbage sorting is completed and there is no damage to the indoor items, bed sheets, etc. Damage due to improper use, or use of your own arrangement without restoration to original condition, will incur a security deposit. If the loss of equipment exceeds the security deposit, compensation will be sought separately. I appreciate your cooperation.   ■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and conserve water.   ■ Please keep the kitchen appliances clean and return them to their original condition after use.   ■ To maintain hygiene for guests, please do not use towels and other items as rags and floor mats. In addition, in the event of vomiting and soiling of towels, bath towels and bedding, the entire item must be compensated. If vomit is found on the indoor floor, furniture, toilet door, or decoration, a special cleaning fee of NT$6,000 or more will be charged depending on the severity of the situation. We will not be responsible for any loss.   Tiansheng Anjia 1st Hall Private B&B Cancellation Consent Notice: According to the "Standardized Contract for Direct Booking of Individual Passengers in the Sightseeing Hotel Industry, Hotel Industry and B&B", which is effective from October 1, 2013.   1. On the day of the stay, the payment will not be refunded. 2. 20% of the amount paid will be refunded between 1 day and 1 day from the date of departure. 3. 30% of the amount paid will be refunded between 2 and 3 days from the date of departure. 4. 40% of the amount paid will be refunded between 4 and 6 days from the date of departure. 5. 50% of the amount paid will be refunded between 7 and 9 days from the date of departure. 6. 70% of the amount paid will be refunded between 10 and 13 days before check-out. 7. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded 14 days before the check-out date. 8. If on the day of booking, there are irresistible factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., the full amount paid or the amount paid can be refunded once, with a period of half a year, based on the conditions issued by the county and city government where the B&B is located. 9.
