The villa has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and spectacular sea views, from where you can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the Menorcan coast. All on one level the property consists of two houses; the newly built main house and an older guest house that has been very nicely restored maintaining its Menorcan character. The newer part has a comfortable living room with air conditioning, dining room, a modern kitchen, guest loo and an en-suite bedroom with its own air-conditioned sitting room and dressing room. This part of the house is built in a U-shape so that all rooms have access to the outdoor patio, the perfect place for alfresco dining and lazy breakfasts. The older part of the villa also has a fabulous sitting room with sea views and air conditioning, three bedrooms (two with ceiling fans and one with air conditioning) and two bathrooms. The best feature of this fabulous villa is the outside space and different terraces complete with comfortable furniture and fantastic sea views, perfect for you to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday with friends and family in Menorca.
