HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbours. • Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty • Loud parties will incur a penalty. • Pets are permitted, and a fee of $80/pet will be charged before your check-in. Please reach out to us if you have more than one pet. • Pets are required to stay at the lower level and the backyard. They are not allowed at the upper level of the house. • Please bring your own wood for the firepit • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the locked wardrobe in the garage.
