The space This spacious studio presidential resort suite measures approximately 350 - 525 square feet. You will enjoy one Queen Murphy bed in living area. Additionally, you will will have an Iron/Ironing Board, Cable TV and Balcony. There is a mini kitchen with two burner stove top (no oven), and small refrigerator. Maximum occupancy is 2. **there is no washer/dryer in these units. Onsite common laundry is not available** **this resort does not have elevators** Guest access - Texas Hill Country - Pools - Waterslide - Picnic & Barbecue Area - Complimentary Wi-Fi (contact me after checking in for login information) - Fitness Center Other things to note *This is a timeshare resort, which I am an owner of all available suites and not one in particular, therefore other owners can book up suites. Please confirm with me that a room is available first before confirming your booking* *You will also need to confirm the full name on the ID that will be used upon checking in. Should you require a name change, a fee of $99.00 USD will be requested. The name on the reservation must check in first before any other guests will be allowed in the room.* The resort is undergoing construction to repair damage done by winter storms through May 30, 2021. Dates are subject to change. The resort does not have elevators. This resort is not pet friendly. Only service animals may be permitted and identification of proof may be requested. Please don't ask if I can still accommodate, I LOVE animals and hate having to turn down requests. I will immediately update should this policy change! Quiet hours are strictly enforced at 10:00pm Parking is complimentary for guests. No Overheight vehicle or trailer parking onsite. Strict limited parking of one vehicle per reservation. Smoking NOT allowed in room or room balcony . There are designated areas marked around the exterior of the Resort where smoking is permitted. Failing to follow this will result in a $250 USD Smoking Policy Violation Charge. This is a US Owned Resort therefore any violation/cleaning/damage fees incurred will be charged back to you in USD no matter the country you are staying in. *As with any hotel/resort, you will need to provide a Credit Card for a deposit of $100 which will only be held and released after your stay.
