This spacious and cozy vacation home has two separate apartments with a total of about 160 square meters. In total, it can accommodate 9 people. The property is located in the heart of Oberfranken in the municipality of Hallerndorf in the district of Forchheim. It is located in the countryside and has great transport links to Forchheim, Bamberg, Erlangen and Nuremberg. The space The property has 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room, and two kitchens with a dining area. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2x2); the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed for up to two people. In the living room is a large UHD led smart TV with satellite connection and streaming option. The generously sized kitchens are equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (filter), and coffee capsule machine (incl. capsules). Sufficient dishes and cooking utensils are available. Towels and linen, toilet paper and soap are provided free of charge. There are two large free parking spaces in the courtyard. A wallbox and charging facilities for e-bikes/e-scooters are also available.
