Relax in this air-conditioned, quiet and elegant accommodation with a separate entrance. The accommodation opens onto a private terrace and a wooded, landscaped garden that can be shared with the other cottage. Fishing in the small pond is not allowed. The cottage is attached to our main residence but completely independent The cottage benefits from private parking allowing to park several cars or a van inside the Domaine du Papillon CALUTRE. The space The air-conditioned accommodation consists of a dining room with a kitchen area (equipped with an oven, microwave, Ninja, toaster, coffee machine with universal filter, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and various cooking utensils The living room area has a TV; fiber and Wi-Fi are available throughout the accommodation. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a queen size bed and each have a private shower room. The shower room is equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The 2 toilets in the accommodation are separate from the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher Pets are not allowed (owners' allergy problem) Guest access The Papillon CALUTRE Gîte, located in Carvin within the Domaine du Papillon CALUTRE, is accessible via the A1 motorway and is in close proximity to Lille, Lens (Louvre Lens), and Arras. Lesquin Airport is also nearby (12 km). Les Métaphone (9/9bis) is located 3 kilometers away. We are happy to host you but you can arrive independently in case of late arrival You have two dedicated private parking spaces inside the property (no height limit). Many restaurants and shops (both small businesses and large supermarkets) are located nearby. Other things to note Parties of any kind (birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, etc.) and invitations to people other than those who have booked the accommodation are not allowed unless specifically agreed in advance by the owner. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation due to the owners' allergy problems. Private parking is reserved for the cottage. If you need additional parking, you must request it in advance. There is no height limit for access to the parking lot. The cottage is not suitable for small children (stairs in the accommodation and proximity to the pond). Fishing and swimming in the pond are not allowed. Climbing trees, even under the supervision of parents, is not permitted.
