Come and relax in the air-conditioned, brand new, peaceful and elegant "L'Appart Cosy". It will be your home for short and long stays. It is located in the heart of the municipality of Saint Rémy en Mauges on the floor of a hair salon near a butcher shop and a bar/tobacco with bread depot. The space "L'Appart' Cosy", with a surface area of 35 m2, is air-conditioned and consists of a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. In the bright living room, you can relax on the sofa (convertible into a bed for 2 additional people) in front of the TV or with a small aperitif. The dining table has 4 seats for enjoying your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your delicious meals. A microwave, a traditional oven, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a range hood, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The cozy bedroom consists of a bed (160 x 200 cm) ready to welcome you for peaceful nights (sheets provided). There is a wardrobe with hangers, a dresser, 2 bedside tables and a mirror. The bathroom with toilet consists of an enclosed shower (90*90) (bath towels provided), a sink with storage, and a mirror. A washing machine is available for your use, along with a dryer.
