Beautiful property located in the southern area of Puerto Rico just 45 minute away from Luis Munoz Marin Airport. It's a 2 bedroom both with full size bed, sleeps up 6 people, kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom and living room with sleeper sofa. Also it's located near many tourist attractions like polita's beach and Cayo Matia (9 minutes), Water Park , Climb, golf, botanical garden (12 minutes), Salinas speedway (10 minutes), beast seafood restaurants on the beach (10 minutes) among other places. The space The house is equipped wit: Air Conditioning System (inverter), water heater, new smart tv (with roku system),full equipped kintchen, iron, parcking and many more stuff. Please know there will be an additional fee $20 each day for each guest after the firs two guest.
