Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor areas, the private pool, furnished terraces, balconies and the surrounding outdoor spaces. The entrance is on the ground level, offering easy access with no steps or obstacles when entering the villa or reaching the pool area. Check-in can be arranged either in person or via a secure access code. The property is located within a private, gated 4-acre estate with an electric entrance gate that opens by remote control or code. Private on-site parking is available directly next to the villa, including four covered spaces and additional open spots when needed. The villa extends across two levels: the living room, dining area and one bedroom are on the ground floor, while the two upper bedrooms are accessed via an interior wooden staircase. Each villa offers exclusive use of its interior and private pool area, with outdoor spaces thoughtfully screened by a wooden pergola and landscaping to ensure a peaceful and discreet stay.
