Modern and cozy 90 m² air-conditioned house, completely renovated, in the center of the village of Lagrasse for 4 people. Ground floor: cozy living room with TV and wifi, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with new bedding (one large double bed 160 x 200 and 2 single beds 90 x 190), modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Baby equipment included (high chair, baby bed, bathtub). 1 hour from the beaches, close to the abbey and hiking trails. The space Bed linen and towels are provided, for a comfortable stay without worries. Guest access Parking is in the mandatory visitor parking lot, located about 200 meters from the house (3 minutes' walk). As the village is classified, traffic and parking are limited in the center to preserve its charm and tranquility. Guests have access to the entire house, which is fully privatized during their stay. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed to preserve the comfort and cleanliness of the premises. Before you leave, please: • Discard your garbage in the containers provided for this purpose (located next to the war memorial, going up to the bakery). • Empty the dishwasher if you have used it. • Please remove the sheets from the bed. End-of-stay cleaning is included, and sheets and towels are provided for your comfort.
