Welcome to our relaxing and cozy farmhouse, surrounded by hills and close to the sea, which you can also walk to in a few minutes. Convenient and secluded location, halfway between Pesaro and Fano – a 5-minute drive or bike ride along an easy bike path – quiet and well-served, nestled in the greenery of the Ardizio hill, very close to the sandy beach, which offers both free and equipped options. Here you can experience the authentic beauty of nature, the light and the intense sunset between the hill and the sea. The space Set amidst the picturesque surrounding landscape, Casa Tobira welcomes its guests to a charming, well-maintained, and bright independent apartment, featuring a garden and panoramic outdoor spaces nestled among trees and plants that create oases of beauty and authentic nature, where guests can enjoy al fresco lunches and dinners with a barbecue and relax on the sun loungers. Casa Tobira consists of 2 units, each with a separate entrance, equipped with every comfort, Wi-Fi, and PET-FRIENDLY (pets allowed). The unit described here is located on the first floor. It features an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower (one en-suite), 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with single beds, which can be set up as a living room with a smart TV or as a bedroom, according to the guests' wishes, to be communicated to us at the time of booking. We renovated Casa Tobira in 2025, bringing it into harmony with the surrounding nature and the spirit of the place, choosing every detail with love and care and using natural materials and colors. Harmony is the atmosphere it conveys. All fixtures, fittings, materials, furnishings, and other features are new.
