The living room, centred around an elegant double-sided fireplace, opens fully onto the panoramic views, while the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area provide the perfect setting for sharing special moments. The villa also features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private gym, a sauna and a laundry room. THINGS TO KNOW The private covered parking area can accommodate up to three cars and to access the property once parked it is necessary to go up a few steps Every year, at the end of June, the lake shores overlooking Comacina Island are crowded with hundreds of visitors eager to watch the fireworks display celebrating the Sagra di San Giovanni. Guests who book during this time of year will enjoy a prime viewing spot. Other things to note ATTENTION — HEATED POOL Should you wish to enjoy the heated swimming pool, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 5–6 days in advance, allowing our team sufficient time to prepare the heating system and ensure optimal conditions upon your arrival.
