Situated on the banks of the River Barle, the lively market town of Dulverton, 2.5 miles away, is home to some fabulous independent shops, charming tea rooms, and a fantastic selection of pubs and restaurants. Those who love life by the water can enjoy a great range of water sports, as well as plenty of walking and cycling trails winding around the 530-acre site of Wimbleball Lake, 9 miles away. The spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner accessed via a large set of French doors, a few steps down from the parking area, truly embraces the beauty of your surrounding scenery, boasting far-reaching countryside views that will capture your imagination. A super-king-size room and two king-size rooms with all bedrooms converting to twins on request. There are French doors on both sides of the barn; one set opens onto a large private decking area with seating, and the other opens into the enclosed garden, which includes a grassed area and a cottage-style space with a pergola over a seating area, offering plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy the delightful countryside setting. Outside, there is also a field where dogs can be exercised, but if there is livestock in the fields, dogs must be kept on a lead. Private parking for three cars is available at the barn.
