Nice house with capacity for 4 guests! The pool is not heated and is for the exclusive use for tenants. VISITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OR MASCOTAS.Estacianomiento for 1 car only. The house has (grill rack, 2 beds of two and 1 seaman, wifi and AA)Family use. It doesn't have towels or sheets. It is located 300 meters from the beach.The land is large and has 2 houses,the one that is rented is the one in the background. Check for extra charges. Please leave clean! The space It is a complete apartment that is located at the end of the land . Share the land with a house in front. You can use the pool for exclusive use. The land is closed with privacy . The house has a barbecue ,living/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and small bathroom. No parties , events, or birthday celebrations allowed. The home is for family use. There is no Piscinero service, the maintenance is at the expense of the tenant. No annoying noises are not allowed after hours or to ball in the space, maintain the healthy coexistence with the neighborhood. It has the necessary appliances such as electric pitcher, toaster,micro, silverware ,plates,coffee maker and kitchen utensils. It does not have a Washroom, hair dryer, or towels and sheets. No pets allowed. The house is always delivered clean ,neat and tidy , with the tenant being the responsibility of the tenant the return in the same conditions . Any extra vehicles can be parked in the sidewalk outside the property. Other things to note The house does not have a pool cleaning and maintenance service! This must be done by the tenant .
