Welcome to your Charming Cottage: Set in a peaceful environment, our cottage offers you a getaway for a stay with family or friends. 150 m² for you! 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a private sink, in addition to the shared bathroom for all 3 bedrooms, (For groups of 10 people, a large 45-m² (485-sq-ft) dormitory can accommodate 4 additional people: 4 90 × 200 cm beds. The space Welcome to your Charming Gîte (6–10 people) - Former hotel bar, fully renovated: Located in the heart of a peaceful setting, our cottage combines the charm of the old with modern comfort to offer you a green getaway, whether for a stay with family or friends. Perfect for a getaway in nature, with all the comforts nearby. (2-night minimum, or contact us for special requests) Living & Relaxation Spaces The Living Room (25 m²): Warmth and Authenticity From the moment you walk in, you will be captivated by this living room with its distinctive character. In all seasons: Enjoy the natural coolness of the thick walls in the summer, or gather around the large Canadian stove installed in the traditional cantou in the winter. Atmosphere: A perfect space for inspirational reading, quiet conversation, or a lively game of foosball by the bar area. The Dining Room (30 m²): Conviviality A large, bright space designed for sharing. Flexible: The large tables can be adapted to suit the size of your group. Amenities: The new kitchen is located as an extension of the dining room. It's perfectly equipped for preparing lavish feasts: Large appliances: Large fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher (12 place settings). Small appliances: Kettle, traditional coffee maker, French press coffee maker, food processor, blender, and toaster. 🛏️ Sleeping Areas (1st floor): The first floor is dedicated to rest, with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, all equipped with an individual sink in the bedroom, storage (dresser, closet, or wardrobe), electrical outlets at the head of the bed, and blackout curtains + shutters. Double glazing. - Fougères Bedroom (15 m²): Double bed (160 x 200 cm). - Coquelicot Bedroom (16 m²): Fully customizable with a large 180 x 200 cm bed or two 90 x 200 cm beds (please specify when booking). - Genêts Bedroom (12 m²): Double bed (160 x 200 cm). A shared bathroom with separate shower and toilet completes this floor, but each bedroom has its own private sink in the room. ☁️ The Dormitory (3rd floor) For larger groups, a spacious 45 m² dormitory can accommodate 4 additional people. Available on request: 4-bed dormitory with private bathroom. Guest access You enter via the street; you have your own private door to the cottage, and a garage for bicycles or motorcycles. We live there, in the adjoining house = Important detail: A central staircase is sometimes shared between our two homes, providing an opportunity to meet and chat in a friendly atmosphere (but you have your own private entrance!). Other things to note You are in the heart of Meyrac: everything is within walking distance: shops, cinema, restaurants. where you will find all the necessary shops. There is a lake with a recreation center about 2 km away. You can enjoy many walks, bike rides, and more.
