Today it’s a warm and spacious home, ideal for families and friends to relax and spend time together. Enjoy a cosy log fire, generous dining space, and a peaceful garden with BBQ, table tennis and fire pit. There is secure, private gated parking for up to 8 vehicles. There is also a cupboard with a few unopened dry goods for guests to use if helpful. Living Spaces Comfortable lounge with log fire, sofas and Smart TV. Character features throughout, including exposed beams and original mill details. Garden & Outdoors Private garden with table tennis, BBQ and outdoor seating. This is a quiet residential setting, so we kindly ask guests to respect the surroundings, particularly in the evenings. Secure gated parking for up to 8 vehicles. Location Situated near historic Stony Stratford, known for its pubs, markets and independent restaurants. Approximately 10 minutes to Milton Keynes station, with fast trains, around 35 minutes, to London Euston and around 40 minutes to Birmingham. Countryside walks nearby, along with local favourites such as The French Affaire and Vero’s. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the full property during their stay, including the garden, BBQ, table tennis, and private gated parking. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Other things to note Minimum stay: 2 nights Well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement (£40 per dog). No parties. Quiet hours from 10pm – no amplified music and please respect our neighbours Towels: Not automatically provided due to past loss/damage and to reduce environmental impact. Guests are welcome to bring their own. Optional towel bundle (6 towels) available on request with £50 refundable deposit per bundle. 48 hours’ notice required. During the colder winter months we provide a complimentary starter pack of logs, kindling and firelighters for the log burner. Outside of winter these will not be left, however, guests are very welcome to bring their own if they wish to enjoy the fire.
