The house is set in the village of Sandwith, within walking distance of a traditional pub 'The Dog and Partridge' serving food and drinks. First floor includes a double bedroom and a family bathroom including a bath with shower. Stairs continue to the top level where there is another double bedroom and room for a travel cot if required.
