Welcome to a lovely and comfortable house with 11 bedrooms, perfect for large families, reunions, and friends. Close to ocean, beach, pier and nature. The well-equipped kitchen features a bar and a large dining table. Outdoors, there are several terraces, one of which is covered. Access to grill. Feel free to borrow our kayaks and floating sauna. Enjoy the spacious hot tub and sauna. Maximum 20 people in the house, of which 16 may be adults. Sorry, no pets. The space Welcome to this comfortable house located just 100 meters from the sea, with access to a shallow sandy beach and a pier. Here, you can enjoy your own garden with a lawn and balconies equipped with sun loungers and a charcoal grill, as well as a large wood-fired hot tub. Inside, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a large rustic dining table. The house has 11 bedrooms with a total of 20 beds. There are three bathrooms with showers and three toilets. The house also features a TV room with comfortable sofas, and there is a large TV in the dining area as well. Additionally, there is a wood-fired sauna and access to a washing machine. Our sauna boat is located at the pier from April to September and can be used by our guests upon agreement and booking on-site. During other times of the year, it can be used from land. We also offer kayaks and paddleboards (SUPs) that you can borrow at no extra cost. Life jackets are included for both adults and children. You will also have access to spacious play areas and a trampoline that are shared with the other two houses in the area. There are fantastic opportunities for hiking in the beautiful nature with forests and mountains. This is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy family and friends in a peaceful and beautiful environment, or for those planning a conference with their colleagues. We live nearby and are available to assist you if you have any questions. If anything is missing in the house, just let us know, and we will be happy to help. Unfortunately, public transportation is limited, so having your own car is recommended. The house is located between Stenungsund and Ljungskile, and you can reach Gothenburg in less than an hour. In your booking, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price you have paid. The price is for maximum 16 guests. If you are more guests, an additional charge of 300 SEK per person per night will apply for the first 3 nights. We can also offer additional services during your stay, such as catering, preheating the hot tub, or extra cleaning. Please book these additional services in advance and with sufficient notice. Prices are available upon request. WiFi instructions are available in the house. We kindly ask you to refrain from organizing parties or playing loud music, as we aim to provide all our guests with a calm and harmonious atmosphere. During your stay, no additional guests are allowed in the house, beyond those included in the booking, and unfortunately, pets are not permitted. If you are planning a special occasion and are unsure if it complies with our house rules, please feel free to send us a message, and we can discuss whether it is feasible or not. Guest access When staying with us, you have exclusive access to the entire house you have rented, including your own private garden and lawn. You are also warmly welcome to enjoy our beach, pier, kayaks, and floating sauna, which are shared with guests staying in the other houses on the property. For your convenience, firewood and water for the hot tub, wood-fired sauna, floating sauna, and fireplace are included as described below. If you would like additional firewood, water refills, or heating, these can be purchased as add-ons. We kindly ask all guests to use firewood and water thoughtfully so that together we can conserve the property's resources and care for the environment. 🌿 We would also like to make you aware that during periods of elevated fire risk, restrictions or bans may apply to the use of the wood-fired hot tub, wood-fired sauna, and outdoor grilling at the shelter. We follow all regulations and recommendations issued by the authorities and will inform you if any instructions, restrictions, or fire bans are in effect during your stay. Hot Tub by the House Relax and unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, filled with fresh municipal water. The sauna can easily be reserved by adding your name to the booking schedule posted on the sauna. Included in your stay: • Use of the sauna including heating • Up to 4 hours of use Optional add-on: • Additional heating and use: SEK 200 per occasion Fireplace The house features a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere during the colder months. The fireplace should not be used during the summer season. The tenant sorts garbage and throws it in the designated place, starts the dishwasher, removes bedding and puts the laundry in the laundry room and cleans the grill outdoors. Guests clean the hot tub if used. There is a certain basic range in the house, such as spices, coffee filters, soap, cleaning materials and the like. The guest buys toilet paper, charcoal and other consumables himself.
