The space The cottage is well appointed with a front porch leading to a lobby giving access to the newly fitted kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The dining area opens out onto the patio with French doors. The bathroom is also new and includes under floor heating, a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. The entrance lobby provides access to the large living room with exposed oak beams and mullion windows. Upstairs there is a bright landing area off which is the main bedroom (standard size double bed) and second bedroom (single bed). Externally, the private garden is spacious and sunny. Guest access Guests can use all of the space with the exception of the attic room which is locked off. Other things to note Due to the configuration of the stairs the property is unsuitable for those with any restricted mobility.
