If you have your own boat, our Marina is right at your doorstep. Just ask for additional information as to availability and requirements . Pool, Ice Skating Rink & State of the Art Gym are all within 2 blocks as well as shopping, restaurants and entertainment. All we ask is that you keep our units reasonably clean, (as you would your own home), during your stay. Also we ask that you immediately notify us if something breaks in order to repair or replace so the next guest can have the same accommodations as you started with. For extended stays of 21 days plus, there is a $25 inspection fee to be sure our unit is being reasonably taken care of. If we see you are taking care of the unit, we may at our discretion, forego these inspections. If not, we reserve the right to begin bringing in our cleaning crew bi weekly at an additional $89 charge per visit, which goes directly to our service team. To date, since we began requiring these inspections, it has not been necessary to enforce additional inspections or cleaning. We apologize for this inconvenience but we have had many longer term guests come here who have completely disrespected our units and property costing us hundreds and even thousands of dollars which has forced us to enforce a policy such as this.
