The space A Comfort & Clean place to stay or vacation. - 2 Bedroom, each room have (1) Queen Bed. - Spacious living room and balcony with City view. - LED TV ". - Xiao Yun S10 TV Box. (the latest model) - Amenities such as quality hair and body shampoo. - Iron and hair dryer is provided. - Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction cooker, air fryer & cooking utensils for light cooking purpose. - Air conditioner for both bedroom & Living room. - Ceiling fan. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire unit and free access to family-friendly facilities: LEVEL 6 -Swimming pool only. -Free parking at owner self 's unit parking bay. (must register self as visitor.) *(other floor than that may get lock and FINE may be apply while open lock and we are not responding to that). * Some facility may be closed on due for maintenance. **Some facility cant be use by visitor, we are not responding to that if happen. Conversely If guest unable to check out before 12pm on next day, a fee RM 35 per hour will be charge, and the fee shall be bank in to us immediately ; subject to availability. 4-If guest like to extend for stay, please noted us early and last result subject to availability, we will send invitation and guest need to approve it. 5-There is only available of one access card, if need for add on, please request it from our customer service, service fee may charges. *Subject for availability. 6-Any add on service will be charge directly to guest if needed. Service include exchange bedsheet, mattress, missing key or excess card. Fee will be charge directly to guest include handling fee, travel fee, any excess expenses or any service fee depend condition and time working. 7-Check in time may be vary with normal time depending size of unit, condition different, preparation time will be increases & we are deep apologize to the inconvenience. 8-Party, Function, Event, Proposal, Commercial photography and filming in the unit will have extra cost fee RM 150/days charge to guest. (This is extra wear&tear charge and not a decoration or cleaning charge.) Always inform host & pay it before check in time. Otherwise you will no allow to do it and we will penalty RM 200 to guest if we found after check out.
