Open plan living area with comfy sofas, wood burning stove and views out to the gardens and rolling hills beyond. Private parking space at the front of the cottage and beyond are large gardens and pond shared by the three cottages on the farm. Excellent pub and village shop within walking distance. Walks to Talland Bay, Polperro and Looe and also a good bus service. The space We have three cottages on site, Mill, Barn and Wheel. All have access to our garden with a beautiful wildlife pond but children MUST be supervised at all times as there is deep water and a number of streams. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the cottage please, as we have free range chickens and our cat, Harry, roaming about. Guest access Guests from the three cottages on site all have access to the yard, large gardens with benches and pond (dogs on leads please). Mill Cottage also has a private grassed garden and Wheel Cottage has its own patio area to the rear. Other things to note *** Please be aware there is open water on site with streams and large ponds so do keep children and babies supervised at ALL times *** We leave enough logs and kindling for one fire in the log burner. If you need more, the village shop at the end of our road sells it.
