The house has great ventilation, ample light and is located in a peaceful and safe area. There is partial power back up (Inverter) in case of any power cuts, that can be used for few of the essential lights, fans and charging sockets. The house is made safe from mosquitoes with screen guards on all windows. There is also an easy/lazy chair available and plastic chairs that be used to sit out on the balcony and terrace.
