Outside there is also an additional bathroom, convenient during the stay in the garden. The living area consists of two rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, offering large and well-distributed spaces for relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals to share, and is flanked by a separate laundry room with a washing machine, designed for longer stays. The area is located in the farthest part of the property, completely separate from the villa and the spaces reserved for guests.
