The villa is located in the area of Akrotiri - Otzia and is about 8 minutes by car from the port of the island, 3 minutes from the beach of Otzia and 5 minutes from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its cafes, taverans and bars. The villa has a swimming pool with a large terrace, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the main house and 2 guests houses with 2 bathrooms.
