She takes care of the key handover and takes the time to explain everything about the apartment, the house rules and the resort. As a true local, born and raised on the Costa Blanca, Miriam knows the most beautiful beaches, cozy restaurants and hidden gems in the area. This way, your vacation starts immediately with the best insider tips! The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible via two stairs (about 30 steps). Please note that there is no elevator to the apartment. The shared swimming pool is easily accessible, thanks to the elevators that lead to the swimming pool area. Other things to note Price and included amenities Short stay (up to 28 nights): For a short stay, the price per night includes electricity, water and WiFi. The beds are made upon arrival and for each guest there are: 1 large towel 1 small towel 1 guest towel Kitchen and additional amenities: Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, tea towels, cleaning wipes, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk and basic spices. Should anything run out during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you could replenish it, so that future guests can also use it. Long-term stay (28–90 nights): For stays of 28 to 90 nights, the price excludes electricity and water, but WiFi is included. The beds are made upon arrival and for each guest there are: 1 large towel 1 small towel 1 guest towel We make sure that extra bedding is available so that you can change the bed in between. Would you rather outsource this? This is possible for a fee, so you can enjoy your stay completely carefree. Deposit: For our 4-person apartment, we ask for a cash deposit of €300. Upon arrival, the guest will receive a receipt as proof of payment. The deposit is used to cover any damage to the apartment or inventory and, in the case of long-term stays, water and electricity consumption costs. After inspection of the apartment and the inventory upon departure, the deposit will be returned immediately in cash, provided everything is in order.
