We say welcome to you, The space Our barrier-free apartment is quietly located in a well-kept residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and about 500 meters from the lake. A bus stop is only 100 meters from the house – so you can travel flexibly even without a car. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house and has a separate entrance. It is ideal for two people; if desired, a toddler can also be accommodated. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: - Fully equipped kitchen (with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker) - Cozy bedroom and a bright living room - Bathroom with shower - Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included In the spacious garden, a pool invites you to relax. Covered seating, loungers and a barbecue are also at your disposal – perfect for sunny days and balmy evenings. Parking and bicycles can of course be used free of charge. Information about Arendsee and the surrounding area can be found in the apartment. Check-in and check-out are flexible by arrangement. Please note: The city of Arendsee charges a visitor's tax for all visitors. The visitor's tax is €1.20 per person/day and must be paid in cash on site. Other things to note Location & Surroundings At Lake Arendsee, a 10 km long circular path awaits you – ideal for walks or bike rides amidst beautiful nature with forests, water and tranquility. The lake itself offers a variety of possibilities: you can swim, row, sail or take a leisurely ride on the excursion steamer. Several free swimming areas and a beach with a play area are available. In Arendsee you will find everything for everyday needs: supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations and small shops are within walking distance. The tourist information office is only 200 meters away. Experience the Altmark The climatic health resort of Arendsee is located between Berlin and Hamburg – nestled in one of the most beautiful landscapes in northern Germany. Historical Hanseatic cities such as Salzwedel, Tangermünde or Stendal invite you to day tours. The Mittelelbe biosphere reserve and the "Green Belt" along the former inner German border also offer unique natural and cultural experiences.
