The space The property combines the rustic charm of traditional Tuscan homes — exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and warm tones — with modern, functional comforts. The interiors are bright and thoughtfully designed, offering beautiful views over the surrounding hills. From the terrace, your gaze stretches across the Val di Cecina to Volterra, with sunsets that paint the sky in stunning colors. Set on a hillside, the location offers both peace and convenience: the beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are just a 15-minute drive away, as well as historic villages, vineyards, and traditional restaurants. On the ground floor, a cozy living room opens onto a lush garden — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. On the same floor, a bathroom with a laundry area featuring a washing machine and dryer adds practicality to your stay. On the first floor, the master bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace surrounded by Mediterranean scents and has a bathroom with shower on the same level. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, accommodating up to three guests, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning in the bedrooms to ensure a comfortable stay in every season. Just a few steps away, you’ll find a bar, several restaurants, a bakery, and two small grocery stores for everyday needs. Parking is not available directly in front of the house, but several free parking options are located just a few minutes’ walk away. Guardistallo is served by a local bus line that connects the village with Cecina. However, having a car — or a bicycle — is recommended to comfortably explore the region and its surroundings. Other things to note Pets are welcome in the accommodation. Bowls and waste bags are provided. We kindly ask you to always collect waste in the garden, report any damage, and not allow dogs on the beds. An additional cleaning fee of €50 applies.
