We kindly ask all guests to treat the apartment as their own and leave it in a clean and respectful condition upon checkout. These include: ✔️ Fully equipped Gym (un-operational until 1 Dec 2025) ✔️ High-speed Wi-Fi ✔️Reserved Parking space ✔️ Secure gated access ✔️ Lush garden and green space Other things to note - General Conduct • This is a private home in a quiet, residential community. • Loud music, parties, or any kind of disruptive behaviour are not allowed under any circumstances. • Disturbing neighbours or creating a nuisance will lead to intervention by building security and may result in official complaints to authorities. • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others in the complex. • Strictly no pets allowed inside Pool - Security & Surveillance • The property is under 24x7 surveillance via outside CCTV cameras and on-site security personnel. • Any inappropriate behaviour or rule violations may be recorded and used for reporting or action. - Guest Policy • Guest capacity must not exceed what was confirmed at the time of booking. • Unregistered or outside visitors are strictly not permitted without prior approval. • Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all staying guests at check-in. (soft copy to be provide before check in ) - Pool & Common Area Rules • No lifeguard on duty – use the pool at your own risk. • Strictly prohibited near the pool and in common areas: ◦ Smoking ◦ Drinking alcohol ◦ Playing loud music • Any violation will result in immediate warnings, fines, and possible booking cancellation. - Utilities & Power Backup • The Villa is equipped with Invertor backup to handle power outages common in Goa. but covers the minimal outlets usage during electricity outage (AC, fridge tv etc will not be working during inverter backup) • Please switch off ACs, water heaters , lights, and appliances when not in use. - Amenities Provided We provide the following toiletries: - Hand wash - Shower Gel - Shampoo - Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 noon • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Respect for Property & Damages • Guests are expected to treat the apartment as they would their own home — with care and respect. • Any damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, Pool water or the property itself will be charged to the guest. • Excessive dirtiness, spills, stains, broken items, or misuse of amenities will also result in penalties. • The house must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition at checkout. • All damages or issues will be reported to Airbnb or the respective booking platform, and guests may be fined or charged accordingly through the resolution centre. - Prohibited Activities • No Loud parties, DJs, • Smooking or hookahs, is only allowed outdoor sitting area (I.e balcony, terrace , near swimming pool). Inside house smoking is strictly prohibited • Illegal activities, including substance abuse or any kind of offensive behavior, will result in report to authorities. - Important Notice • This is a strictly regulated residential community. • Failure to comply with any of these rules may lead to: ◦ Booking cancellation without refund ◦ Fines and damage fees ◦ Blacklisting from future stays ◦ Involvement of local authorities based on resident or security complaints
