Charming stone house with garden and land, 5 min from Vire in a quiet and peaceful village. Located 45 min from Caen and 1 hour from the landing beaches. Only 20 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct site. Enjoy the beauty of Mont St Michel 1 hour away and the pretty city of Granville 45 min away. Supermarket nearby. Large private lot in front of the house for easy parking, possibility to put several vehicles. The space House for 4 people with a cot and possibility to sleep 1 or 2 children on the sofa bed located on the ground floor. (Let me know in advance for sheets) The house is nice and bright. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with breakfast area, senseo coffee machine. Baby high chair. Bathroom with new shower, WC and storage room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which has a dressing room to store your clothes on the belt. New bedding. Sheets, towels, and tea towels are included in the rental.
