Agriturismo Tenuta Il Solengo in Ansedonia (Orbetello) is a 450-hectare estate in the Mediterranean scrub, offering Tuscan-style apartments with exposed stone walls. It has an equestrian centre, tennis court and breeds wild animals (deer, fallow deer and Amiata wild boar). Located just 10 km from the sea and the famous ruins of Cosa, our property is ideal for a peaceful holiday surrounded by greenery and complete relaxation. The space The Tenuta Il Solengo farmhouse is located opposite the hill of Ansedonia, not far from Orbetello and the Argentario. It is surrounded by the greenery and scents of the Mediterranean scrub of the Maremma, in an area of particular interest both for its beautiful landscape and for its proximity to archaeological sites and the sea, which is about 3 km away. Our 50 m² two-room flat on the ground floor comprises: a large, bright living area with panoramic sea views, a double sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace, kitchenette and dining area with table and chairs. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and no window. Our flat is completed by a shared terrace with a panoramic view, equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue. The accommodation is equipped with: parking, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, ceiling fans, smart TV, Wi-Fi, chest of drawers, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtains, clothes horse, initial bed linen and towels, and tiled flooring.
