It has an equestrian centre, tennis court and breeds wild animals (deer, fallow deer and Amiata wild boar). Located just 10 km from the sea and the famous ruins of Cosa, our property is ideal for a peaceful holiday surrounded by greenery and complete relaxation. The space The 40m² studio flat with veranda comprises: dining area with table and chairs and kitchenette with hob and mini fridge. Four steps lead down to the spacious sleeping area with a double bed and relaxation area with sofa and fireplace, and a fully equipped bathroom with window and shower. Our flat is completed by an outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs. Our accommodation is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV, wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, initial supply of bed linen and towels, terracotta flooring and exposed wooden beams. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to their accommodation, parking, our shared panoramic terrace, tennis court and all the outdoor green spaces available on our estate.
