Relax at this peaceful retreat, large enough for 8 guests & cozy enough to feel like home. The Blue Cottage at Heron’s Landing has been thoughtfully built to greet you. With lake access and mountain views, there is so much to enjoy! This is a year round property, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (all on 1 level), a large open kitchen & generous family room. The covered front porch overlooks the lake, along with a fire pit to extend the evenings. There is a path to the lake, dock, & kayaks. The space A stunning new property built in the Heron’s Landing lakeside community. This home faces the lake and provides beautiful views. The best water access is by the dock (shared with guests at the main house). Access is by walking to the left of the small bed and breakfast being renovated, down the path, and to the lake. Plenty of space to swim, fish, or just enjoy the view. This is a one level floorplan. With a wide entry, only a small 1-2 inch threshold. The first bedroom on the right has a 36 inch doorway. The hall bathroom has a 36 inch doorway and low threshold shower. The home has radiant in floor heating. There is a heat pump in the great room which provides heating and cooling via remote. All TVs are smart TVs and require guests to sign in with their streaming services. Other things to note Heron's Landing is a large property under development. Once you enter, you will be directed down toward the lake with the blue house being on the right. There is a dock for fishing and swimming, pictured in exterior photos. Access is by walking behind the large house, to the left of the trees, and down to the lake. Water shoes are also recommended for the lake. Kayaks are available for guests. The fire pit will be supplied with wood. There is also a gas grill. EV charger usage is included in your stay. Dogs are welcome. Please add them to your reservation. The pet fee is $150.
