Carr view farm at pasture and peak stays is a stunning 3 bedroom property on a working farm with Hot tub Dog friendly Private parking BBQ Stay in this stunning three bedroom property in the Peak District national park with stunning views and fantastic walks from the door a fantastic space to spend quality time with family and friends enjoying exploring the beautiful national park or relaxing at the property and enjoying the star lit skys in the hot tub The space As you walk In to the property there is a boot room for muddy boots and coats and a washing machine there is a large open plan kitchen diner a well equipped kitchen with electric hob fridge freezer oven dishwasher microwave kettle toaster a large table in the dining room plenty of seating for six guests A cosy living room with smart tv and an open fire effect electric fire Upstairs there are three bedrooms the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower The other two bedrooms are good size double rooms All beds can are zip and link so can be turned in to singles upon request There is a large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio area six person dining table and chairs (April to October) A six person hot tub Guest access There is a parking area for two cars at the front of the house The whole house is for your use The enclosed garden and hot tub Other things to note You are on a working farm there will be animals and the farmer doing his work We provide towels for inside the property we suggest bring your own for the hot tub and footwear to get to and from the hot tub We do daily checks on the hot tub we ask you not to go In before 9 am and quiet hours no hot tub after 10 pm We ask you to use the hot tub respectfully We love having dogs at Carr view but please keep them off the furniture and please do not let them upstairs or left unattended Charging electric cars is prohibited it voids our insurance There are five shops within a 5/10 minute drive no big supermarkets for around twenty minutes most of the supermarkets deliver to the property Please let the host know if you are having visitors any extra over night visitors is prohibited no parties We love welcoming dogs we just ask that you don’t let them on furniture in the bedrooms and are not to be left unattended any time during your stay The hosts live on site and are on hand if you need anything There is a cafetière (no coffee machine ) Check in is 4pm we can’t offer earlier check ins due to back to back changeovers and hot tub preparation thank you for your understanding We provide complimentary WIFI for all our guests and in most cases it works well however as the service is provided by a third party internet provider the may occasionally be interruptions or slower speed due to circumstances outside our control such as network issues or maintenance
