Parco Daini Apartment (2 km from Abetone)

Relax in this typical mountain apartment, ideal for couples, equipped with a small fireplace and a terrace with mountain views. The apartment is small but comfortable as it has everything you need. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes of Abetone and Val Di Luce (5/10 minutes by car), to trails for trekking enthusiasts, to the pond for fishing enthusiasts, to the mushroom areas and to Fiumalbo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. NO tourist tax! The space From the internal staircase of the condominium, you enter through the front door of the apartment to the living area equipped with a kitchen with a dining table, sofa, fireplace, TV, and access door to the terrace. Through a small hallway between the living area and the sleeping area, you can access the bathroom equipped with all comforts (sink, bidet, shower, toilet) and the double bedroom. The apartment is equipped with traditional heating with radiators and in the room a fan coil also connected to the same system but unlike the radiator this emits hot air (very comfortable in the room because in winter it allows you to reach a comfortable temperature in a few minutes). The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave oven and an electric hob. Guest access You can use all the spaces made available to you, except for the closet in the hallway and a door of the bedroom closet that cannot be used, in fact they will be locked. Other things to note 1) In the drawer in the kitchen under the microwave, you will find the user manuals for the appliances and the first aid kit. 2) Beware of the fireplace: if you light it, place the protection grate in front of it and avoid leaving the house with the fireplace with the flame on, as the apartment is small and the sparks could reach the sofa. 3) Please do not hang anything outside the terrace as the condominium regulations prohibit it, but inside it is possible (you will find a drying rack near the door that allows you to access the terrace). 4) As you may have noticed from the "Services" section, the essential services are partly included, i.e. SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, and TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED, but pillows, blankets, shampoo, and body soap are available. 5) If you check in outside the indicated time (3:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.), you will have to collect the keys in a key box located about 2 km from the apartment (details will be communicated only after booking). Even if the host is unable to check in in person at the specified time for any reason, you will need to pick up the keys in the same manner.
