Sol Invictus is a meeting of tradition and renewal: an old press house and cellar have been given a new life. The building has preserved the atmosphere of a traditional wine cellar, while being reborn in a modern form to perfectly meet today's needs. Thanks to its southwestern location, it is bathed in sunlight all day long and offers a stunning panorama of the sunset in the evening. The thick walls, the coolness of the cellar and the spacious, sunny upper level all create a special atmosphere. The space The house awaits its guests on two separate floors. On the ground floor, our guests have a well-equipped kitchen with direct garden access, a bathroom, as well as the living-dining room (with a sofa bed) and the wine cellar opening from here. The upstairs apartment, which is independently accessible via the external staircase and separated in this way, awaits its guests with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a large terrace offering a wonderful panorama of the hills of the Balaton Uplands. The sofa bed upstairs allows for an additional two guests (6 people total). A/C upstairs provides a pleasant temperature in the winter and summer. A cozy fireplace is also available on both levels in cooler weather. The terrace is made comfortable by a garden dining set for 6 people, a sunshade and 2 sun loungers Garden: covered porch in front of the house (10 m2), in the partially fenced upper garden a gazebo (12 m2) with garden furniture and swing, fruit trees, enclosed garden for dogs, parking, composting and cauldron place in the lower garden Dog-friendly: Pets can be brought free of charge (please indicate when booking) Parking: provided for two cars in the house's own parking lot Dog kennel: the garden is not completely fenced, but there is a fenced area of about 150 m2 for four-legged family members Beds: upstairs (160×200 cm) double bed and a sofa bed (approx. 150×200 cm) provide sleeping for 4 people, downstairs there is also a sofa bed Bed linen: duvet (150×200 cm), pillow (50×60 cm), bed linen (extra blanket provided on request) Washing: washing machine is also available in the kitchen on the ground floor, clothes dryer and clothes peg in the bathroom Cleaning: in case of longer stays, weekly (with towel, linen change) upon request, daily cleaning for an extra charge.
