Ecological vacation home on the farm

We offer our vacation home for an unforgettable vacation. We offer a pick-up and drop-off service from the train station and EVERYONE is welcome with us. The space We offer an ecologically renovated vacation home on the Kastanienhof on the outskirts of Lemgo. The Kastanienhof is a quiet farm on the edge of a housing estate in Lemgo-Laubke, with various animals. The 95 sqm house is attached to the farmhouse and can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults and 2 babies. The furnishings are rustic to romantic and mostly made of solid wood. The house has two floors and consists of a large living room (30 m²: kitchen, dining room, living room), a gallery, an open (without door) gallery room with 4 single beds on top of each other, 2 bedrooms with 3 or 5 beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a large cloakroom and a large south-facing balcony overlooking our private garden and the fields. Downstairs on the ground floor of the vacation home is a very small tavern, which is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30 pm to 10 pm. There is all-you-can-eat pizza every Thursday, themed evenings with special dishes on Fridays and a musical program of various genres on most Saturdays. However, it is necessary to inquire with us in advance about what needs to be considered. Various offers can be booked by prior arrangement. We are child-friendly and pets are allowed by arrangement. If necessary, it is possible to have a hairdresser come to the house, to book childcare on the farm or a nanny, or to be cared for by a nurse for people in need of care or to book a remedial teacher/social worker on an hourly basis. Educational offers, creative offers, etc. can also be booked by prior arrangement and with capacity. Please ask for prices for the respective offers separately. Other things to note The beds must be stripped before checking out and the bed linen must be placed in the laundry basket with the used towels. Garbage must be sorted and disposed of in our large bins behind the horse trailers in the paved parking lots behind the barn. Furniture and items must be placed in their original location. The dishes must be cleaned and put back in the cupboards. Please do not run the dishwasher when you check out! Please open the windows and turn off the heaters and electricity. If you don't feel like doing this, you can have us do it and pay a surcharge of €30!!! Bicycles can be rented, promotions and various nice extras can be booked.
