Access to Place des Cordeliers, 5 min walk. The space The apartment has been tastefully furnished and renovated to offer a welcoming setting: A charming bright living room with a high ceiling. A living area with a sofa, desk and TV. The open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave oven, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils; a dining table with 4 chairs for your meals. A comfortable bedroom, with a double bed 140*200cm, bedside lamps, blackout blinds with velux. Another open sleeping area, with a double bed 140*190cm, bedside lamp, blackout blinds with velux. Clothing rack and lockers to store your clothes. Bathroom with bathtub, storage furniture, hair dryer. Separate toilet. At your disposal: iron, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, air conditioning. LINEN AND BASIC PRODUCTS You will find in the apartment upon your arrival, linen and essentials. About linens: - beds will be prepared according to the number of people indicated on booking - 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person per stay (if you want more, be sure to plan on your side) - 1 kitchen towel, 1 floor mat for the bathroom Regarding basic products: - toilet rolls - shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner - dish soap & sponge - hand soap - laundry detergent - Coffee capsules & tea bags offered for your arrival - some cleaning supplies Guest access The apartment is accessible by a lock with key. This key is available in a lockbox with code. This code will be communicated to you the day before your arrival.
