This is a newly built 6 person beach house, with glass corner windows in the living area & bedroom. Has a large deck & upstairs balcony. The private beach & pier is yours to enjoy. Buoy may be available. Bedrooms have stunning views of the lake & beach just steps away. 3 minute walk to the Zephyr Cove Resort, includes a restaurant, horseback riding, boat & kayak rentals. 4 miles to the casinos. Only Fri-Fri bookings during the summer. Permit # DSTR1267P. (ALLERGY: My son is highly allergic to pet hair and dander. Even a hypo-allergenic dog can hospitalize him. NO PETS ALLOWED. PLEASE be considerate of our request.) No more than 6 people are allowed. This house is perfect for a family or small group (6 person limit including children). It has a cozy living space, perfect for a getaway at the beach or a ski vacation. The design of our home is fabulous, with huge areas of light in all rooms. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a BBQ and large deck area for socializing outside; leather sofas, a large flatscreen TV for indoor enjoyment. The beach and lake are yours for relaxing, water sports, or just to gaze at. If you need additional space or have more people, please know that we have another fabulous house on the property that sleeps 8 and may also be available to rent. ("Beach House on the Lake in Zephyr Cove"). Neither house can accommodate additional people! Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be given info to access the lock box and are free to arrive anytime after 4:00 PM. Parking is limited to the paved driveway (a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed) and street parking is NEVER allowed for safety reasons. Please keep in mind that most of our neighbors live here year round. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM- 9:00 AM. Please avoid loud music or noise. A vehicle is most commonly used around the lake. Many people use Uber or Taxis for short trips. Bicycles are available to rent in South Shore for daily adventures. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00. The cleaning crew strictly enforces these times. Please follow all ZCPOA rules, including BRINGING EVERYTHING OFF THE BEACH/SAND EACH DAY and NO JUMPING or DIVING OFF the PIER even during high water years. This is both a safety and liability issue and is strickly enforced! NO SMOKING (or vaping) on the property. The Home Owners Assn. does not allow smoking (or vaping) on the beach. If using our buoy, please notify me for necessary forms to be completed at least 2 weeks before rental. There is no boat launch in Zephyr Cove. The closest launching facility is at Cave Rock ( 3 miles north). This is a residential neighborhood where most people live year-round. Please be respectful of noise levels. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm-9:00 am . A resident bear will find any food left outside at night. Please use bear lockers for all outdoor garbage. The county ordinance requires that the person responsible for renting give us 1) a copy of your driver's license and 2) the names and addresses of anyone over 25. We will also send you a parking permit which may be copied for any car parked in our driveway. The county ordinance also requires that any unreasonable noise or disorderly conduct will result in a citation which is the sole responsibility of the renter and may result in us not being able to rent again. More than 6 overnight guests, more than 2 vehicles parked in the driveway, or breaking any other house rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
