Come and stay at Gigi's luxury cottage, to explore beautiful Belfast and County Down. Gigi's is a 2-bedroom, 3-bed, child-friendly cottage, tucked in the countryside, on the edge of Belfast. Only a 12 minutes drive to City airport. Gigi's has an enclosed back garden, where you can enjoy a dip in the wood-fired hot tub, or alfresco drinking/dining in the covered Nook area. Enjoy views of our pet alpaca in the neighbouring field. We are dog friendly, and can provide bowls/blankets on request. The space The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a desk and chair, an open wardrobe with hangers, a wall-mounted TV, black-out blinds and curtains, and sliding door access to the outside Nook and back garden. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dressing table and chair, an open wardrobe with hangers, a wall-mounted TV and black-out blinds. The 8 seater sofa in the livingroom extends to a comfortable double bed with one simple pull. The long entrance hall way has a bench and coat hanging area, with a striking tiled floor and lots of local wall art. There is a selection of books on the window sill. The bathroom has a generous free-standing bath, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a toilet. The main living area is an open kitchen-dining-living space. There is an easy to use, built in bluetooth sound system for your enjoyment. The dining area has an extendable table with space for 6. You will find a basket of games on the window sill. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full height fridge freezer, dish washer, gas hob, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink and plenty of bench space for food prep. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The livingroom has a comfortable 8-seater sofa, a reading chair, coffee tables, switch controlled reading lights, a 50 inch wall-mounted TV and a wood-burning stove. There is a large sliding door leading to the patio area and hot tub and the rest of the back garden. The utility cupboard has a washing machine, drying rack and cleaning equipment. There is a retractable washing line in the garden. The enclosed back garden has outside lights, a lawn, an open dining area, deck chairs, a fire pit, a covered Nook corner, a charcoal BBQ and a large, wood-fired hot tub. Guest access You get Gigi's entirely to yourselves. If there are is anything you need, we live at the end of the drive Other things to note We will get the hot tub heated for you, ready for your arrival. We will provide enough chopped logs and kindling for your hot tub and indoor fire for your first night. We can provide more upon request, for a small fee, just drop us a message. Otherwise, the local petrol stations sell wood. Two large towels for each guest will be provided, for bathroom and hot tub use. We also provide dressing gowns and flip flops.
