The Studio apartment is located in the surroundings of an old forest. Commissioned in July 2020. It offers a large double bed and a double sofa bed. It is located on the ground floor overlooking the forest and has an exit to a lounge terrace with chairs and a table. The studio is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as a flat-screen TV with internet. The property has parking spaces, a barbecue, a fire pit, sun loungers, and a gazebo in the garden. The space As soon as we saw the abandoned warehouse buildings that once belonged to the Rehabilitation Hospital complex, we knew that we would live here and breathe a second life into this place. We erased the old function of the building and adapted the whole according to our needs into our home, studio, music room, fireplace room with an open kitchen and guest apartments. The renovation of the warehouse took 10 years and this process is still ongoing. It is an open work that changes over time and, under the influence of new ideas, is constantly subject to new transformations. We have been running a farm since 2000. In 2006, we established a 6 ha plantation of red and black currants. Since 2007, we have been a certified organic farm (PL-EKO -07-10018). In 2010, together with family and friends, we planted 12 hectares of mixed forest, which we love to visit, cultivate and watch grow. We try to create everything we do with respect for nature. On the farm, we have built a gazebo where you can have a feast. And for children there is a tree house, a trampoline, hammocks and lots of interesting nooks and crannies in the woods where you can create your own unique "base". Friendly animals include the wonderful Ami, a Lagotto Romagnolo dog, Mr. Mruk, our cat, who can surprise you with a caught mouse, happy green-legged chickens that lay eggs every day, and a beehive with flying bees.
