Villa Marina

This villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with 2 separate single beds, each room has its own bathroom, 2 with shower and 2 with bath. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a cozy living room with stone fireplace. Each room is fully air-conditioned and has W-LAN. Outside there are 2 swimming pools between which you can end. Both are surrounded by wonderful nature. The space Villa Ana, Biljana, Maggie and Marina shared two pools, they are placed in a small village called Vlakovo. Guest access Villa Marina is a holiday home for 8 people. It is located on a hillside next to Labin, with a beautiful view of the Rasa bays. The house is situated on a large plot of 5000 m2. The property has 4 beautiful houses that share two large pools (65 m2 and 36 m2). At the pool there are sun loungers, umbrellas and a large common outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The beach is just 3.5 km away. After a hot summer day, you can indulge in the crystal clear swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity there are many tourist walkways, and of course the town of Labin and Rabac, which will enchant you with her beauty. Other things to note Check-in time is anytime between 3 PM and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM must make prior arrangements with us to ensure access to the villa. In order to give each villa the attention you and all guests deserve checkout time is 10:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation with this. In July and August arrival and departure are possible only on Saturday and minimum stay 7 days. Pets are allowed. Fee per pet is 10€ per day.
